Happy Holidays Fellow Snowmobilers:
I hope and trust everyone had a great Holiday Season and as well, you have been out at least once on your sleds J The PSC is open and ready for business on the weekends, don’t be shy…stop by! We have been very busy this fall getting ready for this time of year, we have had some trail re-routes to work out, some major bridge work and some mechanical work to our groomers to complete.
Our Trail system is now complete and open…better than ever this year. We have a brand new and awesome bridge over the Wheeler Stream on ITS 82, thanks to John Monk and the PSC members. This will allow us to put the tracked Blazer over to Dysart’s way…smoothing out ITS 82 to Hampden. We have had a pretty major re-route to ITS 84 to complete due to the growth in Hermon, but no problem, along with some awesome landowners, some heavy equipment and the PSC…it will be a great addition to our Trail System. Also, we had to complete some work to the IMP groomer…but that ol’ girl is now ready and raring to go.
Our Clubhouse is open on Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-5 while there is snow on the ground. Every Tuesday night, we are having our Cribbage Night. And our Club Meetings are at the clubhouse on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm.
We have our annual 5-Club Poker Run on January 21st, come join us in the fun, either by snowmobile or car. Also, the Pine Tree Camp Ride-in from Levant to Newport is on the weekend of February 4, 5, and 6.
Be SAFE this season: ride right, stay in control, use your hand signals, but most importantly…HAVE FUN! Let’s make this season an enjoyable one. See ya next month…
