Hello MSA & PSC Members,

This flat out is not fair! Poor summer weather followed by THIS winter? God Bless the clubs in the north & west that have dealt with the extra traffic from the rest of us that had the choice to trailer or golf. Have you ever golfed with a fogged up shield? Yeah---we trailered! Lets quickly recap!

At the Christmas party that turned into one of the best trivia contests ever, I picked up the first lady (permanently) for a lifetime. Members witnessed their president stoop to new levels (so to speak). I appreciated all of the members support and it was very emotional.

The Five Club Poker Run soon followed with dismal conditions but the spirit was still there. The PSC donated a whisker under $400 dollars to the Pine Tree Camp with many taking home nice prizes. A huge thanks goes out to our sponsors. Also accomplished this month was work on the groomer. If anyone ever has any doubts about building something, give it to "Clear Cut Larry". Given that name from trail cutting season, He's got our blazer ready for duty--It's one sharp rig and the drag is soon to follow. The PSC would also like to extend thanks to Bruce Milliken of Lewiston for additional guidance. Yet again when Tom reported steering issues with the "Imp", Larry brewed up a slick fifth wheel set up. Tom installed it and reports huge success.

Finally, we were able to open the kitchen for a day. Thanks folks for patronizing the club. There's nothing like a burger & fries from the PSC!  Due to the dismal conditions we postponed our poker run to March 7th. We can only hope! At this point we are finalizing plans for our club trip to Millinocket. We are looking at 25 people. We sure hope conditions will hold up as we haven't seen 'Nada' in our area. As this season is nearing its end (I can't believe I just said that), Lets not forget nominations, elections, landowner appreciation, & maintenance season

            See you in April
